We only fetch the first 200 characters of the first text/plain part
to minimize bandwidth.

Use IMAP examine instead of select to get a read-only view of the
mailbox.

Decode base64/quoted-printable in from and subject headers.

Config file is now in YAML. To use IMAP IDLE, only one folder per
account can be watched.

DBUS support needs to be added back in, which I'll do once I'm back
on another platform.
