Map the E_NOTFOUND that audio returns to DeviceNotFound

The bindings' only E_NOTFOUND is HTML Help's, 0x8000100D. What GetDefaultAudioEndpoint returns on a machine with no endpoint is the Core Audio headers' E_NOTFOUND, HRESULT_FROM_WIN32(ERROR_NOT_FOUND) = 0x80070490, which fell through to Unexpected. On the GitHub runner, which has no sound card, that failed Session's open test and the loopback test instead of letting them skip.
