  • add Copy as Markdown button and View as Markdown link with SVG icons
  • fetch the pre-built index.html.md alternate link on click and copy it to the clipboard
  • style the action bar, divider, and horizontal rule to match the site's light and dark themes
  • add inline SVGs for Copy as Markdown based using basic geometrical primitives
  • add inline Markdown SVG icon based on Dustin Curtis's mark design (CC-BY-1.0)
