Fix: spawned agents crashed on startup in the bun --compile release binary (ENOENT: web-tree-sitter/tree-sitter.wasm). Ship the tree-sitter runtime wasm beside the binary and pin Parser.init() to load it from there instead of the baked-in build-time __dirname.

Patch release: build and verify the executable on generic glibc Linux. The Spindle NixOS microVM now only hosts Docker and publishing. The release itself is built inside Debian 12 with official Bun's baseline x64 runtime, and is rejected if it contains Nix-store paths or a nonstandard ELF loader.
