Merge main into feeds; a feed service that repeats a page or never ends no longer loops

Source priorities: reviews category, rankings follow the user to every device (preferences API), seasons count by layout; solution-wide cleanup and inspection fixes

Backend: group classes by feature (Metadata, Tracking, AniDb, Popfeed, Tmdb, Mal/Jikan flavors, AtProto, Api controllers); Jetstream client moved to AtProto; tests mirror the folders

ID mappings: feeds name titles by all their ids and the library resolves them through the stored mappings; docs
