Knot docs link to spindle docs in settings #343

Go to profile -> settings -> knots, check the docs button on the top right.

It links to https://tangled.org/tangled.org/core/blob/master/docs/spindle/hosting.md (same as settings -> spindle) instead of eg. https://tangled.org/tangled.org/core/blob/master/docs/knot-hosting.md.
