This happens every Thursday, forever and ever, so no need to notify on them.
Also, they’re often scheduled in bulk, which means a flurry of notifications for them all at once.
Excluding on the event name is probably fine, but something more durable might be better. Not sure if OpenMeet has a recurring event ID or something.
